PCOS Provider Course
Are you tired of running around in circles trying to learn about PCOS? As someone that has PCOS, I know just how confusing it is for providers to navigate conflicting PCOS recommendations.
I’m here to simplify this process by breaking down myths and offering a clear picture of what PCOS is, how it impacts food and body, and how to best support clients that want to manage it without diets.
What You’ll Learn in This Program
As a provider you probably already know how painful the impacts of diet culture and weight stigma are. It can be particularly difficult for people with PCOS that feel stuck in how to support their health without dieting.
I want to help providers feel confident in understanding both PCOS and why weight-inclusive care is important for PCOS management.
In the PCOS Provider Course I'll take you on a deep dive of understanding what exactly PCOS is, how it’s treated, and what nutrition and body image support to offer for trauma-informed PCOS management.
This Program is For You If…

Hi, I’m Kimmie.
Body Honor Nutrition Founder
I’m a Registered Dietitian in New York City and the owner of Body Honor Nutrition, a private practice that helps people heal their relationships with food and body.
I have a special passion for supporting individuals with PCOS and eating disorders. I also enjoy teaching other providers about the harms of weight stigma in healthcare. As someone that has PCOS, this work is deeply personal for me. It fuels my love of teaching others about PCOS.
When I’m not seeing clients or giving presentations, you can find me traveling or cuddled up with my cats, husband, and a good book.
